At K-Tips Perth by Eco Hair, we are committed to providing premium-quality hair extensions, products, and services. Due to the nature of our products and salon services, please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase or booking an appointment.

SALON SERVICES

No Refunds On Completed Services

Due to the time, expertise, and personalized nature of salon services, we do not offer refunds for completed appointments, installations, maintenance services, or consultations.

If you experience any concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can review and assist where appropriate.

HAIR EXTENSIONS & PRODUCTS

Returns Eligibility

For hygiene and safety reasons, hair extensions and opened haircare products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, worn, altered, or used.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The product is unused and unopened
  • Packaging remains sealed and in original condition
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery or purchase

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Opened hair extensions
  • Used haircare products
  • Customized extension orders
  • Colour-matched extensions
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue


We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an incorrect or faulty order.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

Booking Deposits

Booking deposits may be required to secure appointments and consultations.

Deposits may become non-refundable if:

  • Appointments are cancelled within the cancellation period
  • Clients fail to attend appointments
  • Excessive rescheduling occurs

LATE ARRIVALS & NO SHOWS

Clients arriving significantly late may need to reschedule their appointment, and cancellation fees may apply depending on appointment availability and timing.

Failure to attend scheduled appointments without notice may result in deposit loss.
