What type of hair extension is best for me?
It depends on your hair type, lifestyle, and how long you want to wear them. Clip-ins are ideal for occasional use — no commitment, no salon needed. Tape-ins and hand-tied wefts are great for a semi-permanent result lasting 6–10 weeks. K-tip keratin bonds give the most natural movement and last 3–5 months. If you have fine or thinning hair, nano rings or halo extensions are the gentlest options with zero damage. We always recommend a consultation with your stylist to find the best fit for your hair.
What kind of hair do you use in your extensions?
All our extensions are made from 100% Remy human hair — the highest quality available. "Remy" means every cuticle runs in the same direction, which prevents tangling and matting and gives the hair a natural, smooth feel. Our hair is ethically sourced from donor communities in East Asia, India, and Eastern Europe and is carefully graded for consistent colour, texture, and longevity before it reaches you.
Will extensions damage my natural hair?
When applied correctly by a qualified stylist and maintained with proper aftercare, extensions cause minimal to no damage. Halo and clip-in methods are completely damage-free as they require no bonding or adhesive. For semi-permanent methods, the most important factor is choosing the right weight for your hair density — overloading fine hair with heavy wefts is the most common cause of breakage. Always have extensions applied and removed by a trained specialist.
Can I swim or exercise with extensions in?
Yes, with a few simple precautions. Before swimming, loosely braid your hair to minimise tangling. Chlorine and salt water can dry out extensions, so rinse thoroughly afterwards and apply a leave-in conditioner to restore moisture. For workouts, wear a low loose ponytail or braid to reduce friction at the bonds or attachment points. Avoid tight high ponytails during exercise as repeated tension can stress the bonds over time.
How do I wash and care for my extensions?
Use a sulphate-free, alcohol-free shampoo and conditioner — sulphates strip moisture from the hair and can break down bonding adhesives over time. Wash in a downward motion, never scrubbing at the roots or bonds. Apply conditioner from mid-lengths to ends only, keeping it away from the attachment area. Before and after washing, gently detangle with a soft-bristle extension brush, always starting from the ends and working gradually upward toward the roots.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, opened hair extensions cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact our team within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly. For exchanges, simply reach out to us and we will guide you through the process.
