What is the fastest way to contact you?

How long does it take to get a response?
We aim to respond to all emails and contact form submissions within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, please allow up to 3 business days. If you haven't heard from us, please check your spam folder.
Can I get advice on which service to book before I contact you?
Absolutely. Send us a photo of your hair in natural light along with your goals — length, volume, colour, or service type — and we'll make a personalised recommendation before you commit to booking anything.
Do you offer shade matching before ordering?
Yes. Send us a clear photo of your hair in natural daylight (no flash) and let us know your colour history. We'll recommend the closest shade or blend from our range — and we can order individual shade swatches for home comparison before committing to a full set.
I have an issue with my order — what should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, include clear photos. We respond to all order issues within 1 business day and will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Do you offer wholesale or trade pricing for salons?
Yes. We work with a growing number of salons and extension specialists across Australia. If you're a qualified stylist or salon owner interested in wholesale pricing or stocking our products, please use the contact form and select 'Wholesale Enquiry'. We'll respond with our trade catalogue within 2 business days.
Is there parking near your studio?
Yes. Times Square Claremont has ample on-site parking available. There is also street parking on St Quentin Avenue and the surrounding streets.
