Colour & Hair Order
We order your specific hair — custom-matched to your shade, length, and texture. Premium Remy stock, typically 1–2 weeks lead time. You approve the match before anything is ordered.
Application Day
Your private appointment in our Claremont studio. K-Tip installs take 2–4 hours; hand-tied wefts from 90 minutes. You leave with a full blow-dry finish and transformation photos.
Aftercare & Maintenance
We book your first maintenance appointment before you leave. You receive a written aftercare plan, product recommendations, and WhatsApp support for the first two weeks.

What kind of hair do you use?
We use 100% Remy human hair from verified ethical suppliers. 'Remy' means every cuticle runs in the same direction — root to tip — which prevents tangling, ensures natural movement, and gives extensions their glossy, healthy appearance. We never use synthetic blends or non-Remy hair.
What's the difference between K-Tip and hand-tied weft extensions?
K-Tip extensions are individual strands, each fused to your natural hair one at a time using a keratin bond. They give the most natural movement and are ideal for adding length. Hand-tied wefts are rows of hair attached to a flat bead track — they add volume and are better for finer hair. We recommend the right method (or combination) at your consultation.
Will extensions damage my natural hair?
Applied and maintained correctly, extensions should not damage your natural hair. Damage risk comes from incorrect installation, leaving bonds in too long, or using the wrong aftercare products. We assess your hair health before every install — and we'll tell you honestly if your hair isn't ready for extensions yet.
How long do K-Tip extensions last?
The Remy hair itself can last 12+ months with proper care. The bonds need to be moved up (repositioned) every 3–4 months as your natural hair grows. At that appointment, the same hair is re-used — you're not purchasing new extensions, just paying for the move-up service.
Can I colour or heat-style my extensions?
Yes, — because we use 100% Remy human hair, extensions respond to heat styling just like your natural hair. For colour, we recommend toning, glossing, or going darker in-salon. Bleaching is possible but must be done by a professional. We advise on colour options at your consultation.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes — all services and online shop orders are Afterpay eligible. Split your cost into four fortnightly interest-free payments. Simply mention Afterpay when booking your appointment or select it at checkout in our online shop.
